He is very well-bred. His sire Street Sense is a Kentucky Derby winner and a leading sire for many years and his dam, Arethusa (by AP Indy), is stakes-placed.

The Street Sense/AP Indy cross has produced 70 foals of racing age - 84% have started in a race and 70% of that group has won. These are very good numbers. This cross has also produced stakes winners Avery Island, Doctor Mounty and Aztec Sense.

At a purchase price of $22,000, we now have a lot of racing options moving forward. We want to win races at Oaklawn Park, so we can place him in races he can win.

He will be trained by Randy Morse, who is off to a great start at Oaklawn Park with two winners already! He also trains our 6yo gelding Kattath, who is doing better than ever.

TRAINER: Randy Morse

Randy grew up on the racetrack and his father, W.R. "Charlie" Morse, was also a trainer. He worked various jobs on the backstretch—hot walker, groom, foreman, stable agent—and was galloping horses at age 15.

Morse scored his first win as a trainer in 1981. In 2014 he saddled Moonshine Mullin to win the Stephen Foster Handicap (G1) at Churchill Downs, the horse's final start. Moonshine Mullin was a $40,000 claim seven months earlier.

Randy won the Black Eyed Susan in 2023 with TAXED, who he claimed for $50K just a few months earlier. He just recently surpassed $25 million in career earnings.
